Join us for an online Q&A about your Conservation Area

Wandsworth's Conservation and Urban Design team is holding 3 online Q&A events as part of the Conservation Area Appraisal consultation.

Conservation areas are defined as 'areas of special architectural or historic interest, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance'.

Event dates:

  • Wandsworth Town & Old York Road: Wednesday 22 February 2023, 6:30-7:30pm. Please register here.
  • Magdalen Park: Wednesday 01 March 2023, 6:30-7:30pm. Please register here.
  • Alton Estate: Wednesday 08 March 2023, 6:30-7:30pm. Please register here.

    • The events will:

  • Provide an overview of what Conservation Area Appraisals are and how they connect with the planning system
  • Outline the impact of conservation areas for your homes and businesses
  • Explain the changes are we proposing to the existing Conservation Area Appraisals
  • Include a Q&A with the council's Urban Design & Conservation team
